TUBU ARGE Anonim Şirketi (“TUBU”, “We”, or “Our Company”) respects the privacy of users of the Lavi: AI Pregnancy Tracker & Baby Development mobile application (“Application”).

1. Personal Data Collected

  • Account Credentials: Email address used during registration.
  • Pregnancy Profile: Due date, single/multiple pregnancy status, and general health info.
  • Health Logs: Symptoms, weight, contraction logs, kick counter data.
  • In-App Purchases: Premium membership billing handled via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Purposes of Data Processing

  • Provide accurate week-by-week fetal development information,
  • Calculate contraction durations and track health symptoms,
  • Offer personalized pregnancy insights based on your logged data.

3. Data Protection

Your pregnancy profile and health logs are stored in secure, encrypted cloud systems (AWS Frankfurt). We treat this information as sensitive health data and enforce strict access controls. We do not sell your health data to third-party ad networks.

4. Third-Party AI Assistant (Meethumo)

When you choose to use the in-app AI chat assistant (Meethumo), your message and the pregnancy week you have shared at that time are sent to TUBU ARGE’s AI service Meethumo (meethumo.com); Meethumo generates the reply using an Anthropic Claude model running on Amazon Web Services (AWS) Bedrock. Your name, email address, kick-counter and contraction logs, and community posts are never sent to this assistant.

This data sharing only begins with the explicit, revocable consent you give on the in-app consent screen; nothing is sent until you turn it on, and you can withdraw your consent at any time via Profile -> My Consents. Because these servers may be located outside Türkiye, this involves a cross-border data transfer. Our data processing agreements with these providers require your data to be processed only to generate a reply and require a level of protection equal to this Privacy Policy; your messages are not used to train third-party AI models.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal and health data only for as long as your account remains active. When you delete your account, your personal and health data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Billing records that we are legally required to keep (e.g., under Turkish Commercial Code) may be retained separately for the period required by law (up to 10 years).

6. Deletion & Contact

Delete your account and all associated health data at any time via the Profile -> Delete Account section in the app or by submitting a request at https://lavi.tubu.io/hesap-sil.
